I booked a facial through Exhale and the whole thing was straightforward. I’m the type who mostly pays attention to how my skin looks afterward, and by the next day my face seemed cleaner, fresher, and a lot less dull. The treatment itself was relaxing, and the staff was friendly without being over the top. The appointment did start a little late, which was a bit annoying, but since the results were good, I’d still go back.

I liked this place. It felt clean and calm, with soft lighting and a nice quiet atmosphere. The only small downside was that the waiting area was a little crowded that day, but overall it was a good experience.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s just an easy stop for me, especially after work. I don’t really have to go out of my way, which is nice. Parking was fine when I went, though it did start getting a little busy at one point. Not a huge deal, just enough that I’d give it 4 stars.

I booked an appointment at Exhale Spa, the actual service was okay. But trying to get help from customer service beforehand was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I had one simple question about my appointment, and it took forever to get a clear answer?!

When someone finally got back to me, the response felt rushed and not super friendly. I understand places get busy, but it definitely made the whole experience feel more stressful than relaxing. It wasn’t terrible, but I really expected better.

The massage felt really rushed and wasn’t relaxing at all. On top of that, I had to keep going through verification more than once, which was annoying and made the whole experience feel even less smooth.

i mean, my therapist really seemed to know what they were doing and found all the tight spots right away. I felt so much better afterward. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the room was a bit chilly.

I’ve had a membership with Exhale Spa for a few months now, it’s been good overall. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, and the services have been solid, which is basically what I’m paying for and what I care about most.

My only gripe is the booking situation, because wow, trying to get a weekend appointment can be way more annoying than it needs to be. Like, I have the membership, I want to use the membership, please just let me book without turning it into a small scheduling battle. Still, I do use it enough to feel like it’s worth it, so I’d stick with 4 stars.

The locker room was fine, just not the cozy or polished kind of space I was hoping for. Look, I’m not trying to be too picky, but the floors just didn’t look clean enough to me. Like, they still had that kinda dirty look after everything was supposed to be done, so it was a bit disappointing.

I had even arrived early, but somehow I still ended up waiting around with no clear direction on what to do or where to go. It just felt a little disorganized, which wasn’t exactly the relaxing start I expected for a spa visit.

I left more stressed than when I walked in, which completely ruined the relaxing day I had been looking forward to. not worth it.
